COMPETITION RULES

2 athletes per indvidual event per team
Winner of Heat plus next six fastestt times advance to Final
Relays are all Finals
Persons running in the Mixed Relays cannot run in the straight Relays
Mixed Events Track Teams will consist of 2 Males + 2 Females and arranged in whatever order the Team decides. Athletes on these teams cannot run in the straight events
Tug of War - Team of 6 consisting of 3 males and 3 females.
Tug of War: Winners in Round 1 will advance to next round of 4. Losers in Round 1 will be eliminated. Losers in round 2 will advance to the Bronze medals match while winners will advance to the best of 3 Finals
Field Events - Teams of 2 Competitors with 3 attempts only

POINTS ALLOCATION:

Individual Events (1st throug 8th Place): - 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1

Relay Events (1st throug 8th Place): 16,14,12,10,8,4,2

Tug of War: 8, 6, 4 2, 1,1,1,1
