ENTRIES RULES:
Athlete Age is as at 31 December 2022 All entries must be submitted no later than three days, or the designated date on the registration/entry form. The correct entry form must be used. In the event that the entries are submitted in hard copy, a valid and current email address must be provided for delivery of the PL & any other communication regarding the Meet. Coaches / Unattached athletes must ensure that the spelling of name, team to which the athlete belong, date of birth and events entered is accurate. COMPETITION RULES:
Performance Lists will be distribution via email to all coaches & unattached athletes 2 days prior to the Meet. Any corrections to the List must be sent to the Meet Secretary no later than twenty-four hours, or the designated time, prior to the Meet. Last minute changes as a result of injury, illness or any other “out-of-my control” circumstance must be reported to the Meet Secretary no later than two hours prior to the start time of the Meet or as soon as the situation to prevent participation occurs /is known. Changes during the Meet will be made only under extenuating circumstances and on approval by the Meet Director received in writing by the Coach or UAR, who will then inform the Manager of the TIC or Meet Secretary (in a Manager for TIC is unavailable) no later than half an hour prior to the event. Results for each event will be available to coaches and UAR’s within the time-frame indicated. Results will be provided to the Media within the time-frame indicated. In the event that an announcer is unavailable, printed results with post time stamp will be posted in a designated area accessibly by all coaches and UAR’s. No protest received after half an hour of the announced result will be accepted. Where results are posted, protests may be received up to one hour following the time stamped. All protests will be addressed based on the rules of WorldAthletics (WA). All decisions by the Meet Director, on behalf of the Meets Committee and Arbitration Panel, are final.
FINAL RESULTS
Will be sent via email to all coaches, unattached athletes within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after the meet. They willl also be available here on our website
