2nd Quarterly General Meeting (QGM)

Meeting Procedures:

  • All reports will be presented to members no less than 10 days of the scheduled general meeting 
  • Active members are asked to submit questions 7 days before the start of the scheduled general meeting.
  • Response will be provided to the questions sent during the scheduled meeting 
  • During the meeting, members will be given 2 mins to respond from any matters arising from the executive response
  • Active members can table questions at the meeting, an allotted time of 2mins will be provided to address each question
  • Only active members can speak at all meetings - non-members will be given observers status only.
